National Skills Week brings to life the positive messages, highlighting the talents, the skills, the career pathways and the value of apprentices and trainees across Australia to the wider public and employers. The week is dedicated to raising the status of practical and vocational learning.
St Patrick’s Technical College celebrates National Skills Week every year with a host of activities and opportunities for current and prospective students and families to interact with our specialist trades and technical school.
See below for the StPatsTech program for National Skills Week and REGISTER to attend an event – or two!
Every year, National Skills Week recognises, celebrates and informs students and the wider public of the diversity, benefits and achievements associated with Vocational Education and Training (VET).
VET has a key role to play and through extensive engagement with stakeholders, National Skills Week seeks to mobilise, inform and inspire Australians of all ages to explore the skills that Industry needs to advance Australia’s competitiveness and global opportunity.
