As a purpose-built trade college for Year 10-12 students, we specialise in delivering education, training and apprenticeship pathways that seamlessly combine classroom learning with workplace engagement.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a permanent Administration Assistant to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Students & Wellbeing Team. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional service across the College.

Start Date: As soon as possible in 2026 (not before 19 January 2026)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 43 weeks per year (including 2 weeks during school holidays)
Flexibility: Reduced hours or days may be considered

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Officer to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will work alongside passionate educators to help young adults reach their full potential. Your contribution will be central to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment, one that values innovation and celebrates each young adult’s unique talents.

Start Date: As soon as possible in 2026 (not before 19 January 2026)
Hours: 8.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday (32.5 hours per week, 40.2 weeks per year)

About You:

We are looking for a professional, adaptable and proactive Learning Support Officer who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about supporting young adults to achieve their best.

You will:

Practical knowledge and experience in trade industries, a teaching background or Certificate III in Education Support (or equivalent) would be an advantage.
