There are many aspects that are incorporated into what is known as Motor Trimming and for Year 11 Automotive student Erin, she has experienced first-hand the expertise required for this trade.
Erin recently undertook Work Experience (WEX) with Jim’s Trim Automotive, Marine, & Aircraft Trimmer, based in Salisbury Plain. Specialising in a wide variety of auto, marine and industrial applications, Jim’s Trim are well-known for vehicle re-trimming, restoration, custom marine, and general repair work, with over 70 years combined experience.
Learning new skills and the craft of this specialised trade, Erin has dug deep into her work and received great feedback from the team!
