The St Patrick’s Technical College Open Boys Cricket team went in strong for Round 2 of the state-wide knockout cricket tournament. Facing Faith Lutheran College in Tanunda, the boys began well with their pace bowlers keeping their opponents on the back foot. The game looked to be turning to #StPatsTech’s favour when Tyron McInnes-Northcott brought in his spin, knocking out five batsmen over the space of a few overs – a performance that won him the game ball.
Unfortunately, the batting collapsed quickly against the consistent bowling and strong fielding of the opposition, knocking #StPatsTech out of the tournament.
