Inspecting a vehicle under body provides important information about its mechanisms and most importantly its history. Suspension, exhaust systems, brake pads, discs, drives… mechanical systems and components requiring identification for service and repair.
The Year 11 Automotive students training with Motor Trade Association of SA/NT recently inspected vehicles in the workshop. The gained knowledge of mechanical systems and identification of the function and basic operation will be key to undertaking service and repair tasks as part of the Certificate II in Automotive Servicing Technology (AUR20520).
