2024 Food Dough_Hero

Fettuccine with a Napolitana sauce was prepared by students undertaking a Certificate II in Cookery (SIT20421) with awesome Adelaide Institute of Hospitality trainer Sarah. In a recent class, students learnt the process of dough making, preparing a traditional Italian egg noodle pasta dish, and Focaccia loaves sprinkled with salt flakes and rosemary. Bellissimo!
