A busy week in the kitchen for our Year 11 Food & Hospitality and Hair & Beauty students, creating some beautiful, sweet treats for Mother’s Day.
The week commenced with baking sugar cookies in preparation for a workshop with Stef from Cakes! Inspired by Kayla. Students were shown how to colour and work with fondant and learnt various decorating techniques. Thank you, Stef for your knowledge and inspiration and to our students for creating some lovely gifts!!
For a gold coin donation, students and staff were able to purchase these adorable sweets with the remaining stock heading to Vinnies Elizabeth to spread a little joy this Mother’s Day.
