St Patrick’s Technical College is pleased to announce four new training providers on board for 2022 to deliver quality training and assessment of our VET programs.
The College recently signed VET Agreements with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), PEER, Motor Trade Association (MTA), Adelaide Institute of Hospitality, and Adelaide Training & Employment Centre (ATEC).
Providing on-site training at the College by utilising our specialist trade workshops, our new training providers will be instrumental in supporting and skilling our students towards their trade careers.
This is a very exciting time for the College having signed and secured new partnerships with highly regarded and leading training providers:
PEER (RTO Code 45744) delivering Certificate II in Engineering Pathways (MEM20413), Electrotechnology (UEE22020), and Plumbing (22569VIC).
PEER is highly regarded for delivering trade training and assessment excellence. They are the largest employer of apprentices within the building and Construction industry in South Australia.
MTA (RTO Code 2293) delivering Certificate II in Automotive Servicing Technology (AUR20520).
The MTA is South’s Australia’s only dedicated Automotive industry training provider, delivering high quality, industry developed training that is modern and responsive to industry needs. Their training will prepare our students for a career in many different automotive pathways.
Adelaide Institute of Hospitality (RTO Code 40138) delivering Certificate II in Kitchen Operations (SIT20416).
Specialising in the delivery of Commercial Cookery and Hospitality qualifications, Adelaide Institute of Hospitality’s (AIOH) educators are at the top of their field ensuring the education and training received is engaging, contemporary, relevant, and of the highest quality.
Earlier this year the AIOH brought in acclaimed chef Emma McCaskill, in the new role of VET in Schools Business Development Consultant, to build closer connections between hospitality operators and secondary students.
“My jobs is to link industry to schools across South Australia, mentor students and help school students get into the industry through school-based apprenticeships,” McCaskill said.
